Payment Terms
Customers agree to pay the service fees as outlined in the project agreement or as invoiced. Payments may be made directly or through applications created by Proven Dot Comm Sdn Bhd, as specified. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of Services.
Intellectual Property
Proven Dot Comm Sdn Bhd retains all intellectual property rights to software and applications created unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of Proven Dot Comm’s software and applications is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Proven Dot Comm Sdn Bhd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline or due to substantial deviations from the agreed project scope, attributable to Proven Dot Comm Sdn Bhd.
Refund Process
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. Each request will be reviewed, and any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees
Any third-party fees, administrative costs, or customizations completed before the refund request are non-refundable.
